Buddleja davidii African Queen

Height: 0,8–1 m

Butterfly bush African Queen is a deciduous ornamental shrub with upright stems, light green foliage, growing to 1.5-2.5 m in height and 1-1.5 m in width. Its dark purple, fragrant flowers bloom at the ends of the shoots from July to September. It likes a sunny spot and well-structured soil. Its water need is moderate. Pruning is recommended if we want to shape it into a nicely formed plant. It attracts butterflies and insects. It can be planted as a standalone plant or in combination with other plants, in both rural and Mediterranean gardens.
